<br />Tall His Road, Fort Coffins, CO, (9701.224 -7343, has filed an ap-
<br />Piicalion for Regular (112) Construction and Materials Operation
<br />Reclomelion Pera Amendment with the Colorado Mined Land
<br />Reclamation Board under provision of the Colorado Land Rec-
<br />lamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The
<br />mine is known as the Greeley 35th Avenue Mina and is located
<br />in Sections 34 and 35, Township 6 North, Range 66 West
<br />The Greeley 351h Avenue Mine Is currently active and operation-
<br />al under permit M•1977.036. The permit amendment addresses
<br />developing the West Cell as Developed Water Storage. Pro•
<br />posed date of completion for the Developed Water Storage is
<br />December 31. 2014.

<br />Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety office.
<br />Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in
<br />writing and must be received by the Division of Reclamation,
<br />Mining, and Safety by 4:00 p in on August 28, 2014.
