The east boundary high wall is returned to a 311:1 V slope with at least a <br />fiver (5) foot setback from the property boundary fence. Photos are provided. <br />Enclosed is a Damage Compensation agreement between Fremont Paving and the owner of the <br />property boundary fence. The fence belongs to the property landowners, John L.
