(GSB) has received your secondary adequacy review letter dated
November 19, 2014 for the Pioneer Mine (Pioneer) regarding the importation of scrap brick (grog).
GSB will commit to provide the Division with an annual report and photographic documentation
demonstrating the grog imported during the hauling campaign is not stockpiled, but is used for backfill
in the pit(s). This inert fill annual report will be submitted along with the Mine's regular Annual Report
due on the anniversary date.
Grog is the term we use internally for scrap brick.
