One question: the upper right cross section (cross section K -K') shows two
slope surfaces: one that is labeled "Existing 2003 Approved Ground Surface" and the other that is
labeled "PR3 Proposed Final Ground Surface ". Which of the two reflects the actual on- the - ground
slope surface as it exists today?
Thanks,
