The proposed mine is known as the Hatchery Pit and is located in parts of the NEY4SW' /4, SEY4SWY4, SWY4SWY4 and NWY4NW' /4 of Section 20, T -2 -S, R -67 -W, 6th Principal Meridian, Adams County, Colorado. The proposed date of commencement was 2015 and the proposed date of completion December 2025. The proposed future use of the land will be commercial development.
