ALBERT FREI & SONS <br />July 25, 2014 <br />South Adams County Water <br />and Sanitation District <br />6595 E. 70th Ave. <br />Commerce City, CO 80022 <br />RE: Damage Reimbursement Agreement <br />AFS - Hatchery Pit <br />To whom it may concern: <br />RID, BOX 700 <br />HENDERSON, CO 80640 <br />(303) 289 -1837 <br />(303) 289 -2865 FAX <br />Albert Frei & Sons, Inc., is making an application for a Colorado Mined Land Reclamation (MLR) permit <br />to extract construction materials from a tract of land located in parts of the Parts of the NE'/SW %, <br />SE %SW %, SW %SW %, and NW %SW% of Section 20, T -2 -S, R -67 -W, 6th P.M., Adams County, <br />Colorado. <br />State MLR law requires the permit applicant to agree to reimburse the owner of any permanent man- <br />made structures within 200 feet of the mining area for damage done to the structure as a result of the <br />permitted operation. We believe South Adams County Water and Sanitation District own the structure <br />listed below. Albert Frei & Sons, Inc. agrees to reimburse South Adarns County Water and Sanitation <br />District for any damage done to the structure listed below as a result of the proposed mining operation. <br />Your acknowledging signature and a notary seal in the space provided below should satisfy the MLR law <br />reimbursement requirement. <br />Please return this agreement within 30 days of receiving it if at all possible. Enclosed is a stamped <br />addressed envelope so you can returned the executed agreement to us. We have also enclosed a <br />second copy of this letter that you may keep for your files.
