A warning sign will also be placed at the intersection of the <br />Hubbard Creek road and State Highway 13313. The warning signs will state the following: <br />Sign at gate: <br />WARNING <br />HUBBARD CREEK TRAIL CLOSED FROM [DATE TO DATE] <br />DUE TO EXTREME ROCKFALL RISK <br />CAUSED BY UNDERGROUND MINING ACTIVITIES <br />TRAVEL AT YOUR OWN RISK <br />Sign at State Highway: <br />WARNING <br />ROAD CLOSED AHEAD <br />HUBBARD CREEK TRAIL CLOSED FROM [DATE TO DATE] <br />DUE TO EXTREME ROCKFALL RISK <br />CAUSED BY UNDERGROUND MINING ACTIVITIES <br />TRAVEL AT YOUR OWN RISK <br />Additionally, a public notice will be published in the Delta County Independent to notify the <br />public of the pending trail closure.
