Application of Bowie Resources, LLC Case No. 02CW77 Ruling of Referee and Decree Page 17 28. The application for conditional rights of exchange set forth in the Second Claim for Relief of the Application filed herein is hereby approved, as follows: A. A conditional right of exchange associated with the use of Blue Mesa Reservoir contract water, as set forth in the plan for augmentation described above, is hereby awazded to Applicant. The exchange shall be known as the "Bowie-Blue Mesa Exchange." The downstream terminus of the exchange is the confluence of the North Fork of the Gunnison River with the Gunnison River. The upstream terminus of the exchange is the headgate of the Deer Trail Ditch. The appropriation date of the exchange is December 31, 2004. The amount of the exchange is 0.52 c.f.s. B. A conditional right of exchange associated with the use of East Beckwith Reservoir No. 1 water, as set forth in the plan for augmentation described above, is hereby awarded to Applicant. The exchange shall be known as the "Bowie-East Beckwith Exchange." The downstream terminus. of the exchange is the confluence of Hubbard Creek with the North Fork of the Gunnison River. The upstream terminus of the exchange is the headgate of the Deer Trail Ditch. The appropriation date of the exchange is May 31, 2002. The amount of the exchange is 0.50 c.f.s. 29.
