2.04.7 Hydrology Description <br />(4)(b) The location of monitoring stations used to gather data for water quality and <br />quantity is shown on Map 9, Hydrologic Monitoring Location. The elevation <br />of the stations is depicted on Map 9 and tabulated in Exhibit 3. <br />(4)(c) See Maps 10A, 10B and 11 which present the potential pieziometric surface <br />of the water bearing zones and the B -2 Seam. <br />(4)(d) See Map 9 Hydrologic Monitoring Location and Map 23, Water Rights <br />Location. <br />(4)(e) The location of existing areas of spoil, waste and non -coal waste is shown on <br />Map 26, Previously Disturbed Areas. <br />(4)(f) There are no known gas or oil wells within the proposed permit and adjacent <br />area. The well is located <br />about 1,500 feet from the affected area boundary.. <br />Map code 9 is for a hand dug spring well owned by the Hughes Family. It <br />corresponds to water right 13 and the Operator's monitoring site SP5 -3. <br />Map code 10 is for a shallow well on land now owned by the Turkey Track <br />Ranch. The well corresponds with the Operator's monitoring site, SP -16. <br />The John and Mary Stephan's well permits (Map codes 4, 6, 7 & 8) are for <br />ponds and springs.
