2.04.7 Hydrology Description Water Right Summary Water Right Spring /Pond Designation Decree Date Owner 83 RUN 805P13 SP33 -6 0.1 CFS 12/31/1970 FS 76 P32 -3 0.1 AF 12/31/1965 FS Water right 83 is a perennial spring with a shallow pond that is typically full and overflowing. The spring associated with water right 83 has an average and maximum flow of 0.08 and 0.50 gallons per minute respectively. The Operator considers the pond associated with water right 76 to be a good pond because it contains water in the spring and into the summer under normal weather conditions. The USDA -FS has six ponds with decreed water rights located west of Terror Creek within and north of the permit boundary. They all have the same adjudication date and decree amount, 8/24/92 and 0.1 AF respectively. They are known as E Terror 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 23. Two of its ponds in this area, Flat and Monte, are not decreed. The following table lists the water rights.
