This well was initially a dewatering well
and in 2003 (according to the PAP) was converted to a monitoring well. Thus, it is very likely that the mine
workings existed before the well.
As for the pulling of pillars, other than the information on the mine closure map, which we have discussed,
do not have any information related to this question.
As you know, this well is the subject of violation CV2013002, which has yet to be resolved. Determination of
EFCI's responsibility regarding this well is integral to the resolution of this violation.
Do you have any other particular questions related to this matter?
Thanks,
Rob
Rob % b-
Specialist
Regulatory Coat
v
P 303.866.3567, extension 8113 1 F 303,832.8106
1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, CO 80203
rob.zuber@state.co.us I http: / /mining.state.co.us
https: / /mail.googl e.com /m ai I /u/0 / ?ui =2 &i k= e29129fcb5 &view =pt &search= i nbox &th= 149bf99ebd69d6f5 &si m l= 149bf99ebd69d6f5 2/2
