P 4 <br /> Mining Lease & Grant of Easement <br /> This lease and easement is made November 10, 2014, 2014 between <br /> Colby & Sandra Van Cleave, (Lessor) whose address is 50985 WCR 135 New <br /> Raymer, Colorado and VCA Aggregate LLC, (Lessen whose address is P.O. Box <br /> 336953 Greeley, CO 80633. <br /> Recitals <br /> A. Lessor is the owner of certain property located in Weld County, Colorado, <br /> and more particularly described as follows: Section 8 Township 9 Range 57 <br /> Weld County ,Colorado <br /> (Hereinafter referred to as the "Leased Premises")/ <br /> B. Lessee desires to mine and remove from the Leased Premises such sand, <br /> gravel, rock, and other materials, all of which are herein referred to as <br /> "Materials", as it shall desire. Lessor desires to allow Lessee to mine and <br /> remove such Material from the Leased Premises. <br /> C.
