EXHIBIT G <br /> WATER INFORMATION <br /> The Van Cleave site does not lie within a FEMA designated floodplains or floodways.Ground <br /> water is neither present nor expected in the mine area;therefore dewatering is not anticipated. <br /> The site will be a dry pit and operation is not expected to directly affect surface or groundwater <br /> systems.There are no existing or planned surface water impoundments at the Van Cleave site. <br /> Water needs for the gravel mining and processing are expected to be minimal.Water will be <br /> purchased from a commercial source in the area and applied to the mining process and the roads as <br /> necessary with either a water truck or a spray system as needed. <br />
