How is that
considered monitoring of ground water? All other wells in the area are at 350 feet.
The most recent is in the Newlin Ridge Development at 450 feet.
Does EFCI not have the responsibility to address the lack of water that can be
used for livestock, our intended use. The monitoring wells in 2003 at the first bond
release had too high of total dissolved solids to use for livestock. And does the
DMRS not have the responsibility to protect the water resources, not just the
adjudicated wells like Mrs Thompson's and Dr Corely's.
Newlin Creek had water in it last spring and it did not come from above. It was
from Magpie Creek and the mine last year. The new well is at the location where I
https: / /mail.googl e.com /m ai I /u/0 / ?ui =2 &i k= e29129fcb5 &view =pt &search= i nbox &th= 149bebbad433383d &si m l= 149bebbad433383d 1/2
