Please note that all attachments other than the Summary of Revisions /Additions, Rule 2.04 and 2.05 text <br />sections, Table 7, and Map 13A (hard -copy in follow -up package), should be included in the new Exhibit 9D (slip -sheet <br />provided). <br />As you proceed with your review, please feel free to contact me with any questions, or to discuss related matters. <br />As we have discussed, timing for the Wolf Creek development is critical to our ongoing operations, so your assistance in <br />facilitating timely review is greatly appreciated., The decision date for this TR is currently 11/14/14.
