Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />No signs of erosion or cutting were observed at any of the drill pad sites inspected. Deserado use roughening by <br />cross ripping against the gradient as erosion control for the majority of smaller drill pads. <br />The newly approved D -seam dewatering pond expansion nears completion. Water has been pumped up to the <br />Pond 97 of the new expansion. Finishing touches were still to be added to the expanded Last Chance Pond and <br />were dry at the time of the inspection. No issues were observed. <br />Dewatering expansion Pond #7. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />The following SAES and applicable associated roads have been fully reclaimed. Vegetation has established itself <br />within each pad. Cheatgrass was present in most pads but in comparison to surrounding undisturbed areas, <br />approved vegetation is distinctly more prevalent. <br />Degas borehole pads LWB11 -4, LWB12 -5 and LWB13 -3; <br />SCHG -17, SCHG -20 and associated access road; <br />Nitrogen injection hole N8 -12. <br />Freshly ripped site. <br />Reclaimed road and pad. <br />
