24. The plan of augmentation described in Paragraph 9 is approved. <br />25. Applicant shall comply with reasonable orders of the State or Division Engineer to install <br />measuring devices that are necessary for the administration of the water rights decreed herein <br />and shall make reports as reasonably requested by the State or Division Engineer. <br />26. Pursuant to C.R.S. §37- 92- 304(6), the Court shall retain jurisdiction over the change of <br />water rights decreed herein for a period of five (5) years following entry of this decree, and the <br />plan of augmentation decreed herein for a period of five (5) years following the GCC Well Field <br />water right, or a portion thereof, being made absolute, to reconsider the question of injury to the <br />vested water rights of others. <br />27. The terms of this decree and the water engineering employed herein are applicable to this <br />case only, and shall not be construed as setting a precedent for future proceedings. <br />28. During the month of , 2017, and every six (6) years thereafter, <br />until the water rights decreed as conditional herein are decreed absolute, the owner or user <br />thereof, if it desires to maintain the same, shall file an application for a finding of reasonable <br />diligence with the Water Clerk of this Court. <br />Dated this 2 pday of 2011. <br />BY THE COURT <br />Gregory .
