All chemicals must be used and stored in accordance with the manufacturers recornmendations and in accordance <br />with any applicable state or federal regulation. <br />7. Time shall be no discharge of solid animal or food waste, vegetative wastes ( grass, leaves, manure, garbage, etc), or any <br />floating solids or visible foam, in other than trace amounts. <br />8. All discharges most comply with the lawful required of Federal agencies, municipal tees, counties, drainage districts <br />and other local agencies regarding any discharges to storm drains systems, conveyances or other water c=%es under their <br />jurisdiction.. In addition, prior to the discharge the permittee mast notify the owner of the system of the date, approximate <br />time, location, and duration of the discharge(s). <br />9. Bulk storage structures for petroleum products and other chemicals shall have secondary containment or equivalent <br />adequate protection so as to contain all spills and prevent any spilled material from entering discharged waters or waters of <br />the State. <br />B. spnbl;` a LIIImTIONS AND MONITORING REO <br />1. Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements — Crushed Stone, Construction Gravel =4 all other industrial <br />facilities covered under SIC Code 14 (not covered below) <br />a. Crushed Stone -means process wastewater generated during the mining or quarrying and processing of crushed <br />and broken stone and rip rap. This includes ail types of rock and stone, except 'rock and stow that is crashed or <br />broken prior to the extraction of mineral, which is covered elsewhere. The processing of calcite, however, in <br />conjumction with the processing of crushed and broken limestone or dolomite is include& <br />b. Construction Sand and Gravel— means process wastewater generated during the mining and processing of sand <br />and gravel for construction or $11 uses. <br />The above categories are subject to 40 CFR Part 436 Subparts B (Crushed Stow), and C (Construction Sand and Gravel). <br />These limitations also apply to all other industrial facilities covered under SIC Code 14 (that are not covered below).
