<br /> This QUITCLAIM DEED,is made as of the la day of October,2014,by and between
<br /> Revenue-Virginius Mines Corporation,a Colorado corporation("Grantor"),whose address is 1675
<br /> Larimer Street,Suite 820,Denver,Colorado 80202 and Fortune Revenue Silver Mines,Inc.,a
<br /> Colorado corporation("Grantee"),whose address is c/o Fortune Minerals Limited, 148 Fullarton
<br /> Street,Suite 1600,London,Ontario,Canada N6A 5P3.
<br /> WTI'NESSETH,that Grantor for and in consideration of Ten Dollars($10.00)and other
<br /> good and valuable consideration,the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged,has
<br /> granted,bargained,sold,conveyed,and quitclaimed,and by these presents does grant,bargain,sell,
<br /> convey and quitclaim unto Grantee,effective as of May 1,2014,all of Grantor's right,title and
<br /> interest in and to that certain property more fully described in Exhibit A attached hereto and by this
<br /> reference made a part hereof(the"Property").
<br /> TOGETHER WITH all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
<br /> any manner appertaining to the same,including but not limited to the following: the mines,
<br /> minerals,lodes,ledges and veins within the lines of mining claims comprising the Property,their
<br /> dips, spurs and extralateral rights;all minerals of every kind and character,whether base,precious,
<br /> metallic,nonmetallic or otherwise,lying in,on or under the Property;all severed ore, and
<br /> improvements which may be situated on the surface of or located within the Property;all rights-of-
<br /> way,easements,permits,licenses,permissions and other authorizations affecting access to the
<br /> Property or the right to conduct operations therein and thereon.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Property above conveyed and described,with the
<br /> appurtenances,unto Grantee and its successors and assigns forever.
<br /> Grantor hereby covenants and agrees to execute and deliver to Grantee all such other and
<br /> additional deeds,assignments and instruments as may be reasonably necessary to more fully and
<br /> effectively convey to Grantee the interests intended to be conveyed by this instrument,which
<br /> covenant together with the representation made herein are intended to and shall survive the
<br /> execution and delivery of this instrument.
