Request for DWR Comments. <br />A summary of the pond dimensions is given in section 2.05.3(3) of the permit, in table 23 (which is not proposed <br />to change). The table footnotes refer to the exhibits where the pond designs are to be found (these are attached, <br />and are not proposed to change either). <br />Proposed changes: <br />The proposed text of section 2.05 of the permit is attached as a pdf. The pertinent pages are as follows, with <br />relevant proposed changes to the text highlighted in yellow: <br />Page 18 -34: Discussion of ponds, impoundments and diversions in the operation plan (this section <br />includes table 23) <br />Page 52 -53: Discussion of ponds 004 and 008 in the reclamation plan <br />The proposed revised version of Map 13 is also attached (the changes from the approved version are not <br />relevant to this matter).
