AVCOLORADO <br />Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety <br />Department of Natural Resources <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br />October 30, 2014 <br />Mark Krivanek <br />101 F Street <br />Salida, CO 81201 <br />RE: Chip n Dale; DRMS File No. M- 2014 -017; Claim Location Dispute <br />Dear Mr. Krivanek, <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) is in receipt of your correspondence <br />dated September 23, 2014 in which you notify the Division that there is a discrepancy between <br />the location of your Chip n Dale claim (CMC 253144) and the location of the Stone Cellar #1 <br />claim (CMC 252794) owned by Mr. Chris Zander. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is <br />the agency which administers mineral rights and the associated mining claims in Colorado. As <br />such, the Division recommends you contact the BLM to resolve any dispute as to the location of <br />the above referenced claims. <br />The Division will not hold you responsible for lands which were affected through another <br />permitted operation. Please carefully document the nature and extent of the disturbance within <br />your claim which was created by another permitted operation.
