LLC for the Sunda% -St. Jude - Carnation Mine Complex (COC- <br />53227) and for the West Sunday Mine (COC- 52049). Please note that, the Topaz Mine has not <br />apparently had a 3809 plan of operations in place up to this point (as much of the development <br />on this site appears to be pre - regulatory, with respect to BIN Surface Management <br />requirements), however as the claimant of interest in this mine. Pitlon Ridge Resources. LLC has <br />right of entry into these workings and to continue surface management activities while <br />permitting continues on the entire Sunday -Topaz mines complex plan of operations and <br />Environmental Assessment. <br />Hopefully this satisfies DRMS's requirement for proof of right of entry to transfer mine plans <br />and bond ownership.
