This finding is <br />effective as of the date of this letter. <br />The Division has estimated the reclamation costs for this project, and considers the $2,000 bond provided <br />to be sufficient. Please see the enclosed packet of reclamation costs and notify me promptly if you notice <br />any errors or omissions. <br />The Division finds the financial warranty acceptable and sufficient, and the NOI is fully approved. <br />This is your notice that prospecting activity may commence. <br />Please provide copy of this letter and enclosed packet of reclamation costs to the Applicant.
