Chi Chi Price, President of Oakridge Energy, Inc., was present, as was John Gilleland, <br />Oakridge's reclamation contractor. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss maintenance of the various features <br />impacted by the heavy rains received in September and documented in the Division's Oct. 1, 2014 inspection <br />report. <br />FISH and WILDLIFE — Rule 4.18: <br />Deer tracks and droppings were plentiful throughout the reclaimed areas. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />We discussed maintenance strategies for the riprap linings of the Permanent Diversion and Unnamed <br />Tributary. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.032(3) <br />Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.032(4) <br />Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.032(5) and (6) <br />Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.032(7): <br />The permanent road accessing the North Pit experienced some erosion. The road will be graded and <br />restored to the approved configuration. <br />REVEGETATION — Rule 4.15 <br />Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br />Oakridge is arranging for a weed contractor to spray the thistle rosettes that have appeared on the southern <br />flank of the reconstructed segment of the Upper Carbon Junction Channel. <br />ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS /COMPLIANCE <br />No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending. <br />
