<br />Moffat County Mining, LLC (MCM), 29515
<br />Routt County Road 27, Oak Creek, Colorado
<br />80467, has submitted an application for a
<br />Technical Revisions (TR) to the Williams Fork
<br />Minas, Permit Number C -81 -044. The revi-
<br />sion (TR14 -36) incorporates a number of up-
<br />dates and revisions to the Permit Application
<br />Package (PAP) which respond to both Permit
<br />Mid -Term and Permit Renewal comments
<br />from the Colorado Division of Reclamation,
<br />Mining, and Safety (CDRMS).
<br />The mine permit area encompasses approxi-
<br />mately 6,361 acres, located approximately 7
<br />miles south of Craig, Colorado on both sides
<br />of State Highway 13. The Mine is currently in
<br />Temporary Cessation, there are no active
<br />mining or reclamation activities occurring on
<br />site, and current activities are limited to envi-
<br />ronmental monitoring and maintenance of
<br />the existing lands and facilities. The Mine
<br />Permit Area is covered by the Round Bottom
<br />and Castor Gulch, Colorado USGS
<br />7.5- minute quadrangle maps and includes
<br />approximately four miles of State Highway
<br />13, beginning in the SWASWy Section 21,
<br />T6N, R91W, and extending through portions
<br />of Sections 20, 29,3Q and 31 of T6N, R91W,
<br />and Section 6, T5N, R91W. The ownership,
<br />precise location, and boundaries of lands
<br />within the Permit Area are identified on
<br />pages 2.03 -22 through 2.03 -31, 2.03 -34, and
<br />Maps 1 and 2 of the Permit Application
<br />Package (PAP), which is available for review
<br />in the Moffat County Clerk and Recorders
<br />Office. The Permit Area encompasses all or
<br />portions of T5N, 891 W, Sections 4, 5, 6, and
<br />8; T6N, R91W; Sections 17, 19, 20, 21, 28,
<br />29, 30, 31, 32, and 33; T5N, R92W, Section
<br />1; and T6N, R92W, Sections 25, 26, 35, and
<br />36.
<br />Copes of the PAP, including the referenced
<br />Technical Revision application, (less confi-
<br />dential material) are available for inspection
<br />at the mine office and the office of the
<br />CDRMS. Copies of the Technical Revision
<br />applications are also available for public in,-
<br />spection at the:
