11. If a well is covered in multiple SWSP's or augmentation plans, the monthly meter <br /> readings must be the same in the accounting for each plan covering the subject <br /> well. The accounting for every plan covering the well shall state the <br /> proportionate pumping amount covered by each plan to assure all out-of-priority <br /> depletions are replaced. <br /> 12. The following additional accounting is required for sources of replacement water <br /> used for more than one plan. The water right owner of the replacement water is <br /> responsible for accounting for the total replacement amount and how much each <br /> plan is using of that total amount. The accounting for portions of the replacement <br /> water by other users must match the accounting of the water right owner.
