Puhlic Notice
The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado
Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on September 22, 2014, a minor revision application (MR -134)
to the Bowie No. 1 Mine, Permit No. C- 1981 -038, operated by Bowie Resources, LLC, P.O. Box 1488,
Paonia, CO 81428 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. With this application, Bowie
Resources, LLC seeks to revise the permit maps and text to reflect current surface and subsurface
ownership within and contiguous to the permit boundary. The applicant is not proposing additional
surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. All reviews and comment
periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing.
