He is a general partner of B & J Crushing, a Colorado <br />general partnership. <br />2. B & J Crushing, a Colorado general partnership is the <br />owner of the mining claims set forth in the mining deed recorded <br />in Book 597 at page 427 of the records of Gunnison County, Colorado, <br />a copy of which is attached to this Affidavit as exhibit A. <br />3. Melvin R. Gydesen has been granted by B & J Crushing a full <br />and legal right to enter upon the mining claims set forth on attached <br />exhibit A for any and all lawful purposes, including mining and <br />exploration. <br />Further affiant saith not. <br />oel W.
