She saw Rudy Fontanari in passing as she was driving to the site. She <br />also checked both the upper and lower ditches and water was off in both. He uses the upper ditch to fill his <br />gravel pit. The gravel pit is nearly full but no more flow into it. The collective ditches are called the Martin <br />Crawford ditch which Rudy has a junior water right to from Rapid Creek. She is checking the flow at the 016 <br />Outfall (permitted discharge point on Colorado) then will head to the South Portal to observe the backfill and <br />seepage. I will keep yopu posted.
