(t)A description of the following; <br /> (i) Final Grading- Grading shall be carried on so as to create a final topography appropriate to the <br /> final land use of rangeland as selected in the Reclamation Plan. <br /> The final slope grading will be 3:1. <br /> (li) Seeding- Seeding will be done in accordance with the attached grass seeding plan used. The <br /> types of seed to be planted will consist of Blue Grama, Sideoats Grama, Little Blue stem, Sand <br /> Drop seed, and Sweet Clover. Seeding will be done with a grass drill. Mulching and fertilizer <br /> will be applied. Seeding will be done in the late fall to early spring, however, there is <br /> equally good success in planting very late in the winter should that be the time the seedbed is <br /> finally ready and climatic conditions are suitable. <br /> (iii) Fertilization - Fertilizer will be applied. Type and application will be determined after final <br /> grading is complete and prior to seeding. Soil sampling and testing for soil nutrients will deter <br /> mine the type and amount of mulching and fertilizer to be applied. <br /> (iv) Revegetation- No trees or shrubs will be planted. <br /> (v) Top soiling-A test hole was dug during a pre-operational inspection. The test hole suggested <br /> there is at least 8 inches of topsoil at the site. Given the findings Schlosser Inc. will commit to <br /> salvaging at least 12 to 18 inches of topsoil. <br /> (vi) Noxious Weed Control Plan- Please see attached <br /> ti - 2 <br />
