SPECIAL USE PERMIT 2014-05 <br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the Prowers County Planning Commission, having held <br /> public hearings after notice pursuant to Sections 20 and 23of the Prowers County Zoning Regulations <br /> adopted February 16, 2006, as amended, does hereby approve this 9th day of September 2014, a <br /> SPECIAL USE PERMIT for the following: <br /> OWNER APPLICANT-PERMIT HOLDER: Hans Frederichs <br /> SPECIAL USE PERMITTED: Sand and Gravel Mining Operation <br /> LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY SUBJECT TO SPECIAL USE PERMIT: <br /> 19 acres in the SE I/4 SW 1/4 Sec. 18-T22-R47 <br /> REQUIREMENTS, CONDITIONS AND/OR REVIEWS IMPOSED UPON SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br /> GRANTED: <br /> 1. That the construction and operation of the DEVELOPMENT (whether they be a facility, <br /> subdivision, or multipurpose property project) must meet or exceed all applicable Federal, State, and local <br /> requirements, including those dealing with water usage and wastewater disposal. Properties are to <br /> conform to zoning requirements and be maintained to acceptable hygienic standards. <br /> 2. The Board of County Commissioners of Prowers County, or their designee, shall be entitled to <br /> inspect the property, at all times, to insure that the property is in compliance with all requirements, <br /> statutes,regulations, and conditions applicable to same. <br /> 3. Based upon applicant-permit holder's representations at public hearing, applicant-permit holder, or <br /> its successor, shall abide by the agreements made and the conditions stated herein on PROWERS <br /> COUNTY SPECIAL USE STANDARDS ATTACHMENT,and the applicable development standards <br /> referenced in that attachment.
