6.4.13 EXHIBIT M-Other permits and licenses <br /> (1) An existing Clean Water Permit(#COR341590)currently provides permitting for the existing <br /> "Friederichs Pit".Upon approval by the State of Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br /> Safety for "Friederichs Pit 112"the operator, Riverside Aggregates,shall secure Clean Water <br /> Permitting associated with Sand and Gravel Mining and Processing. <br /> (2) Prowers County Special Use Permit#2014-05. <br /> NOTE:Revised Application Document(s)will be placed with Prowers County Land Use and <br /> with Prowers County Clerk and Recorder as required by the Division of Reclamation, <br /> Mining and Safety. <br /> 6.4.14 EXHIBIT N-Source of Legal Right to Enter <br /> The legal basis for legal right of entry to the site and to conduct mining and reclamation for Owners <br /> of Record is described in the attached current tax receipt(s)and a signed and notarized statement by <br /> the Land Owner. <br /> 6.4.15 EXHIBIT O-Owner(s)of Record of affected Land(Surface Area)and Owners of Substance to be <br /> Mined. <br /> Owners of Record are Hans and loleyne Friederichs.
