TRAPPER MININD INC. <br />October 8, 2014 <br />CERTIFIED <br />REcEayED <br />OCT 2 � 2014 <br />Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Z VISION OF pECL 1 AT10 <br />WQCD -PE -B2 "NIN'CAND SAFE N <br />4300 Cherry Creek Dr. South <br />Denver, CO 80222 -1530 <br />Subject: Third Quarter 2014 Colorado Wastewater Discharge Monitoring Reports <br />Permit No. CO- 0032115 <br />To whom it may concern: <br />Enclosed are Trapper Mine's Third Quarter 2014 Colorado Wastewater Discharge Monitoring Reports for the period <br />07/1/14- 09/30/14. During this quarter, four NPDES outfalls were active. Outfalls 002 discharged routinely <br />throughout the quarter. Outfall 001, 011 and 020 discharged in early September in response to heavy precipitation in <br />August. Outfalls 008, 009, 017, 018, 019, 021, 022, 023 and 024 did not discharge during the quarter. Values <br />reported on the enclosed DMRs represent the maximum (or minimum as applicable) monthly /daily values generated <br />at each outfall during the quarter. <br />The TDS is reportable on a quarterly basis per our permit. The TDS values are as follows for each active outfall: <br />001 <br />002 <br />011 <br />020 <br />3500 mg/L <br />2060 mg/L <br />2870 mg/L <br />1930 mg/L <br />No exceedances of primary effluent limitations occurred during this quarter. <br />Also enclosed are monthly NOAA weather summaries for the reporting period and WET test report forms as <br />applicable. No outfalls were sampled for WET analyses during the quarter. <br />Trapper is required to maintain sediment levels in ponds at or below 60% of the pond volume. All outfalls have <br />been properly maintained and no ponds exceeded the 60% threshold for sediment accumulation. All structures <br />operated properly and were not compromised in any way.
