Dear Mr. Berry
In regard to your email of 12:16 PM today, addressing the issue of the "apparent lack of interest
and availability of the EFCI and " Vento representatives" as a causation of the cancellation of
today's agreed and scheduled meeting, please be aware of the following:
The Vento Representatives are and have been more than willing to "meet" with you, your
staff and other Colorado governmental representatives at the convenience of those parties;
The Vento Representatives have been trying to keep this entire matter together in a coherent
and positive format from the very beginning;
The Vento Representatives (and apparently the State of Colorado governmental
representatives) are now aware that any such meeting will require the presence of Mr. R.A.
Munson and /or legal representative(s) of Energy Fuels;
The Vento Representative have learned from prior attempts at resolution to their issues, that
meeting without a written response to the Vento Representatives issues before such a meeting
begins is a guarantee to failure to achieve the goals of such meetings.
Please be advised that EFCI's refusal or delay in response can not be connected to the current
Vento Representatives demand for a written response to the issues presented any more than
EFCI's refusal or delay can be related to the DRMS and the MLRB prior delays or inability to
respond to all of the Vento Representatives issues raised in the past years. The Vento
Representatives also expect more effective communication and efforts towards issue
identification and resolution than is currently occurring and are pleased to see that there is now
agreement that they have not received it in the past.
