TR-07 LEGAL RIGHT TO ENTER <br /> Exhibit N - AMENDMENT 3 - TR-07 <br /> Source of Legal Right to Enter <br /> The source of legal right to enter is a lease between the State Board of Land Commissioners <br /> and Schmidt Construction Company. A copy of the lease follows. <br /> The lease documents included are the amended lease approved in 2014 which completely <br /> replaces the previous lease. The documents include both the lease and the operation plan. <br /> Also included, is a modification to the 2014 new lease, dated October 1, 2014, that removes an <br /> 80 acre parcel contained in the original 2014 lease document.
