Legal Description
The legal description for this operation is modified as a result of this technical revision. The
description is consistent with the lease legal description,but excludes certain small parcels that are in the lease
but not in the permit due to oil and gas development property exclusion. The acreage stated is in accordance
with mapped acreage, rather than an idealized acreage based on 640 acres in a section as is done in
the lease.
