October 15, 2014 C-1982-056/Foidel Creek Mine JDM <br /> <br /> <br />received Phase 1 bond release under SL-1. The re-disturbed area associated with the development drilling will <br />require removal from Phase 1 status. The remaining portion of the reclaimed 18RT shaft pad was stable with no <br />problems noted. The disturbance associated with WC009 has been regraded and was stable. <br /> <br /> 18 RT Pad <br /> <br />SUBSIDENCE Rule 4.20: <br />If Subsidence occurs and RCR 27 is damaged TC is responsible for repairs. Evidence of repair work on RCR 27 <br />was observed during the inspection. No other damage of the road was noted. <br /> <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br />The 15 LT Pad was stable with the Fish Creek Borehole Pond material remaining on the pad. <br />The CR27 rock dust tank pad was stable. No problems were noted, with the exception of the following: <br /> <br />Items noted during previous inspections: <br />- Additional seeding will be required on the topsoil pile to ensure no loss of material. <br />The 6MN Pad was stable with no problems noted, with the exception of the following: <br />- The disturbance associated with the corehole and the monitoring well located on the pad and near the topsoil pile <br />will require regrading and seeding. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 2 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 <br /> <br />1114 <br />Page of <br /> <br /> <br />
