Although this pond was drained between the first and second quarter of 2013, water <br />persisted. Based on the comparison of contaminant concentration in the seep water before and after the pond <br />was drained, it is evident that the seep water changed once the pond was drained. A compilation of the ICP results <br />for the seep can be located in Appendix A. A summary of this comparison is shown below in Figure 2. <br />2 <br />
