§2.10 MAPS AND PLANS <br />(e) All known man-made features passing through or under the permit <br />area are depicted on Map 1. <br />(f) All public roads within or 100 feet adjacent to the permit area are <br />shown on Map 1. <br />(g) There are no Natural National Landmarks, Designated Natural <br />Areas, pubic parks, cultural historic resources or archaeological <br />sites within or adjacent to the permit boundary of the train loadout <br />and stockpile areas. <br />(h) There are no public or private cemeteries or Indian burial grounds <br />located within or within 300 feet of the permit boundary. <br />(i) National System of Trails or Wild and Scenic Rivers System <br />designations or proposed areas do not exist within the permit area. <br />(j) No pre-mining topography or contour maps exist for the area of the <br />train loadout and stockpile area. Currently existing topography is <br />presented on Map 7.
