§2.05 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT FOR SURFACE OR UNDERGROUND MINING
ACTIVITIES --MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR OPERATION AND RECLAMATION
PLANS.
16. Fueling Station No. 2
This diesel fueling station is a manufactured 12,000
gallon fueling system. This system is aself-contained
double walled steel tank that is portable. It is used to
fuel 18 wheel haul trucks.
17. Pumo house
This pump house is approximately 22 feet by 37 feet
by 20 feet high. It has a floor below grade consisting of
a concrete slab and stem walls. This "basement" area
provides the foundation for a steel clad metal framed
building which houses various pumps, electrical motors
and switchgear. This pump house draws water from a
substantial pond and uses that water to provide dust
control, fire control water to the train loadout, and
irrigation water to the owners orchards.
(ii) Structures proposed for modification.
The operator does not plan any significant modifications to the
existing structures.
(c) Roads, Conveyors and Rail systems.
(i) Specifications.
Discussions of the existing conveyors, roads and rail systems
included within the permit area are found in the mine facilities
discussion of 2.05. Haul roads are discussed in Section 4.03.
Since the train loadout and stockpile area were built prior to the
passage of the state and Federal mining and reclamation acts
and the promulgation of these regulations, these roads,
conveyors and rail systems were not particularly constructed
according to the specifications set forth in this section.
TR-020 2.05 - 12 3/01
