(a) Refer to Volume I -Text, Section 2.04.6(3)(a)for detailed
discussion of the geology of the North Fork of the Gunnison
River Valley.

(ii) A geologic map of the proposed train loadout and
stockpile permit is presented on Map 4, Surficial
Geology. These lands lie well below the coal bearing
member and therefore do not show croplines or the
strike and dip of coal seams.
(iii) Not applicable to the loadout and stockpile area of the
permit.
