Capability subclasses <br />Ile, irrigated and Vlle, non-irrigated. Native vegetation <br />composed of shrub-grass community. Potential vegetation <br />is a sagebrush-grass community. Grazing potential on half <br />the acreage is suitable for livestock and wildlife use. The <br />soil provides habitat for desert cottontail and mourning dove. <br />Recreation potential is severe to moderate due to dust and <br />floods. Building site development potential is severe to <br />moderate due to hazard of flooding.
