6.- Inspections to be performed by persons trained and directed <br />,in inspection procedures. The inspections are to be checked at least <br />• quarterly and after heavy rainfall or snow melt runoff. <br />7. All inspections will be noted in a book to be stored in the <br />mine superintendent`s office. The notations will be signed by super- <br />intendent of mine or designated person and person performing inspec- <br />tion. <br />BOOK FORMAT <br />DATE ~ IIISPECTION REMARKS ~ SIGI7ATURES <br />Zf a potentially hazardous condition develops: <br />A. Action will be taken to eliminate the condition. If time <br />permits, a consultation with a registered professional engineer will <br />be sought. <br />B.
