~. <br />•~ water during 1961 through 1981. For Stevens Gulch, no water right <br />applications are pending in Water Division 4 and 4 conditional <br />~ decrees have been issued. The only augmentation plan within the <br />AOI exists in the Stevens Gulch Basin. <br />Eight water rights are found within the Coal Creek Basin with <br />3.745 cfs decreed for irrigation and 0.372 cfs decreed for other <br />i <br />uses. The Drake-Campbell Ditch has not diverted water since 1969 <br />i and the Yrelborn Ditch has only 2 recorded flows between 1961 <br />through 1981. For the Coal Creek Basin no water right <br />applications are pending in Water Division 4 and 1 conditional <br />decree has been issued. <br />The Terror Creek Basin has 89.515 cfs decreed for irrigation <br />• with 2.618 cfs and 2.0 AF decreed for other uses. The Fire <br />,_ Mountain Canal has been decreed for 70.00 cfs from Terror Creek <br />--- but has not diverted water from Terror Creek during 1961 through <br />1981. The largest user of Terror Creek water is the Terror Ditch <br />which diverts water to irrigate 205 acres to 750 acres of land. <br />The Fawcett Ditch and Holybee Ditch divert water from Terror Creek <br />to irrigate 20 acres and 10 acres, respectively. The Pitkin Mesa <br />Pipeline has had 0.485 cfs of Priority No. 1 water transferred to <br />it from the Fawcett ditch for domestic use. For the Terror Creek <br />Basin, no water right applications are pending in Water Division 4 <br />and only 1 conditional decree has been issued. <br /> <br />-5- <br />
