• §2.03 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT FOR SURFACE OR UNDERGROUND MINING <br />ACTIVITIES -- MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR LEGAL, FINANCIAL, COMPLIANCE, <br />AND RELATED INFORMATION. <br />The owner of record of all subsurface areas contiguous to any part of the <br />permit area is as follows: <br />This volume defines the owner's surface activities at <br />the existing train loadout and stockpile areas. There <br />are no plans to disturb, mine, extract, explore or enter <br />in any way the subsurface areas of the lands described <br />in 2.03.6 and therefore no search for private ownership <br />of the subsurface areas has been performed.
