<br />Drive South, Denver, Colorado 80222 to Bowie Resources LLC dated
<br />September 2, 2004. Cancelled effective March 24, 2006.
<br />32. Air Emission Permit No.93DL1622 for Bowie No. 1 Mine for
<br />ventilation shaft with two exhaust fans in underground coal mine
<br />cancelled.
<br />33. CDPS Industrial General Permit for Coal Mining Facilities, Permit No.
