(GSB) has received your preliminary adequacy review letter dated <br /> September 30, 2014 for the above mine site. GSB is respectfully requesting a 35-day extension of <br /> time with a due date of November 21 , 2014. This will allow us time to: <br /> 1. Determine the location of scrap brick backfill area. <br /> 2. Inspect the mine to determine if and how we can place the material into the pit. <br /> 3. Conduct further analysis on the tonnage of scrap brick we plan to haul to the mine site. <br /> 4. Review the reclamation plan map to determine the impact, if any, there will be on the final <br /> reclamation plan. <br /> 5.
