The pipe coming from the fresh water intake at the mine designated water diversion point has been raised <br /> to well above the elevation of the Pond 4 overflow pipe so that the water elevation cannot be mistakenly <br /> raised high enough to discharge and backflow down the fresh water intake pipe.
