,5toner engineering & Surveying <br />Engineering, Testing & Surveying <br />The culvert pipes on the site were in good condition overall. The exception to this was the <br />double culvert for the "clean- water" under the main drive. These culverts were somewhat <br />clogged with sediment in on the downstream end (see Pic. 4). This material appears to be from <br />material stockpiled in the area for construction of the improvements to the ditches and pipe <br />outlets for the water quality pond. This material should be removed to ensure that runoff can <br />pass under the road section as accounted for in the drainage plan. <br />The area inlet near the scale building was in generally good condition but may require some <br />cleaning to ensure that it continues to function properly (see Pic. 5). <br />Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns in regards to the issues <br />discussed. <br />Sincerely,��z" <br />:•�..;,: ,, .: <br />Ryan M.
