NNW Notice <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on September 10, 2014, a minor revision application (MR -161) <br />to the Bowie No. 2 Mine, Permit No. C- 1996 -083, operated by Bowie Resources, LLC, P.O. Box 483, <br />Paonia, CO 81428 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. Bowie Resources, LLC (BRL) is <br />proposing to install two temporary culverts near Topsoil Stockpiles "D" and `B" to allow for equipment <br />crossing during reclamation of Gob Piles #1 and #4. BRL has also requested relief from the requirement <br />to pock the replaced topsoil on Gob Piles #1, #2, and #4. This will ensure that limited topsoil resources <br />are not contaminated by subsoil material. The applicant is not proposing additional surface disturbance <br />outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. All reviews and comment periods as provided in <br />the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing. <br />Posted September 10, 2014 <br />C -MR-03 <br />a -�q -IH <br />
